Family Visits - Part Two

Ok, where were we?

So, my brother and his crew left to head back home. My sister stayed with her four kids (my BIL also headed home since, apparently, he cannot take three weeks of vacation in a row.).

Cousin L is almost exactly one year older than Banany. She is a delightful young lady and we were so happy to have her at our house for much of the visit. She has a particular fondness for biscotti and coffee. You came to the right place, girl.

We spent a day out a nearby lake and J rotated the kids in and out to do some fishing off the dock.

This boy was spent. He went up to his room before dinner and just put himself to bed.

My sister saw these fun Despicable Me cupcakes online. This is how our version turned out. They were so fun!

We headed to a nearby water park one day. The boys needed a tootsie pop break.

At our second annual cousin sleepover (at my sis's house), Uncle B got donuts for breakfast. One of the many reasons the kids love this tradition!

Cousin B thought it would be a great idea to finish up the cousin sleepover with...wait for it....CONFETTI! Because after my sister and brother-in-law host an extra six kids at a sleepover, what better thing to do than clean up confetti?!?!? Good thing it was their kid who came up with that idea!

How on earth do you keep this many kids entertained at the park. That's where a teacher in the family is very handy! Hil came up with a fun game where you break into teams and an object is hidden in the park. They run around trying to find it and quietly come back to base to announce they've found it. The other team then has 60 seconds to try to find it to "steal the win." They loved it!

The only three girls on my side of the family. They are wonderful, funny, smart, sweet girls.

The kids randomly started doing this funny chant. They have so much fun together.

Love these kids.

I love that my sissy POO's got to shower and look all cute for a picture. I can smell my stink from here.
