Meaty starting to feel better.
Banany starting to feel sick.
This combo results in lots of problems. Instead of being sensitive to his older sister who is feeling a little mellow and slightly fragile, he insists on stomping around, driving the noisiest vehicles possible on the hardwood floor, growling, roaring, and excessively using his "mean voice." His cough is still emphysema-like, but his fever is gone so we are fired up today.
Banany is not oblivious to the extra attention Meaty has been getting the last few days, so I'm not surprised that we've come up with an illness today. The girl has been known to milk the TLC to the fullest extent. She clearly does not have (yet) what he had...we've got a mystery stomach ache this morning. However, we were able to eat three waffles and ask for some pop.

Sounds like our house today - I have 2 home from school. Tyler did wake up feeling ill. - Mira was getting ready for school and then heard that Tyler was going to be home. All of a sudden she is sick! Gotta love it!

i think i could make a million on a book titled, "how to treat your child's mystery illness" because i've treated a bunch. everything from "i'm going blind" (that was the day from hell) to "i think my toes are numb." it's not exactly a boring life i lead, but it's certainly stupid.
