I need to make cookies or bars that are "free of peanuts and all peanut by-products."
Thankfully, we don't have allergies here, but that means that I don't know exactly what this means...I know peanut "stuff" can be in LOTS of things...
Any suggestions?

Do you need a treat for school? I believe if you buy cookies at Cub they are peanut free and are not made where there are peanut products. I would double check that, but I think that is where we have bought cookies for school holidays.
If you are just making them, I would try a health food store and ask for suggestions.
Cookies from the bakery by the way.....
I'd go for straight sugar cookies.
