It's the second day of summer vacation at 10:30 a.m. It's day 746 of consecutive rain.
This morning, we've:
- Pulled two teeth (more on that later)
- Cried
- Made muffins
- Built a fort
- Painted
- Fought
- Whined
- Made a suncatcher
- Slipped on the wood basement stairs
- Colored
- Put on costumes
- Pulled out toys from the basement
- Called dad twice
- Prepped dinner
We can only go up from here.

yowzers! Sounds like you guys need a road trip to CO for some fun with cousins!!! Just have to survive the drive out here:) Think about it! We'd have a blast doing all the things you mentioned together!
it's our first day off too! i have mon/wed off this summer. i have had 2 tea parties with Mira - we spent the afternoon at the library. we did have some quite time! i'm pooped! takes a lot to keep them busy! have fun!
Time to start Vivi's *Day Camp, remember when we did that??
*A few hours of very structured time with pretend names and scheduled outings.
When Camp was done for the day, so was the director and the kids were on their own. :)
