Banana Bread

I'm sure most of you have a banana bread recipe that you like, but I thought I'd post one just in case someone is looking for an easy, lowfat, tasty banana bread. I had some bananas to use up and was out of cupcake papers, so I went-a-huntin' for a new banana bread recipe to try.

This was great. Banany ate pretty much the loaf by herself (plus, I made an extra and threw it in the freezer), and I liked it because it was lower in sugar and fat than traditional recipes. I'll definitely hang onto this one and make it again. It appears that I can no longer cut and paste into blogger (what the...?!?!?), but if you click on the link below, it will bring you directly to the recipe on the site. FYI...I skipped the walnuts, added mini semi-sweet chocolate chips instead, and cut down just a tad on the sugar. Delish.
